TinyCamp (“we” or “the developer”) values the privacy of players of 대장간키우기 (BlackSmith, the “app”). This policy explains the information processed when you use the app and the rights you can exercise.

Account and authentication
Account and authentication
We process game account IDs, guest identifiers, Google or Apple account identifiers, authentication and session information, and account-link status. A provider may include a name or email in its sign-in response, but the game server identifies the account using the provider's account identifier and does not separately store the name or email as account information. We do not directly collect external account passwords.
Gameplay and chat
Gameplay and chat
We process account-linked nicknames, profiles, progress, currencies, items, heroes, equipment, quests, rewards, guild names and notices, and service-use records. We also process game chat messages and sender account identifiers. Nicknames, profiles, rankings, guild information and chat may be visible to other players using those features.

Advertising
Unity LevelPlay and its connected ad networks (Google AdMob and Unity Ads) may process advertising or other device identifiers, device and app information, approximate IP-based location, ad impressions and interactions, and performance and diagnostic information. Reward verification uses the game account ID, ad attempt ID and completion information. When tracking is permitted, advertising identifiers and related information may be linked with data from other companies' apps or websites for ad personalization and measurement.

We use product IDs, transaction IDs, purchase status and time, receipts or signed transaction information, and game account identifiers to verify purchases, deliver and restore products, and prevent duplicates and fraud. Apple App Store or Google Play processes payments; we do not receive payment card numbers or bank account information.

We may process operating system, device model, app version, platform, IP address, app-launch and screen-use events, app-instance or installation identifiers, and crash, error and performance diagnostics. We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics.

Support
For email inquiries, we process the email address, nickname or account identification, message and attachments you provide. Do not send passwords or unnecessary sensitive information.
Authentication information is stored in platform secure storage such as iOS Keychain. Device preferences, including language and notifications, are stored on the device. Authenticated gameplay is managed on the server. Offline reward reminders use local notifications and do not register a remote push token for this feature.

The following services process information needed to provide their features. Please also review each provider's privacy policy.
Google and Apple sign-in: Authenticate and link the account you select.
Firebase Realtime Database: Processes authenticated game chat messages and account identifiers.
Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics: Process app usage, installation identifiers, device and app information, and error and performance diagnostics.
Unity LevelPlay, Google AdMob and Unity Ads: Provide and measure ads and verify rewards. Tracking permission can affect ad personalization and the use of device identifiers.
Apple App Store and Google Play: Process in-app payments and transaction verification.
External services may transfer, store or process information overseas, including in the United States. Consult each provider's guidance or contact us for information about processing locations and safeguards.

Account and gameplay data: Kept while the account is maintained and game services are provided, and deleted when a deletion request is completed or the processing purpose ends.
Support and service or security records: Kept for the period needed to resolve an inquiry, investigate security issues, or handle a dispute.
Analytics and diagnostics: Subject to the relevant service's policies and settings. Firebase states that Crashlytics keeps crash traces and associated identifiers for 90 days before beginning removal from live and backup systems. Analytics event and user-data retention depends on its settings.
Information subject to a legal retention requirement or a legitimate dispute or security need is kept only to the extent and for the period needed for that purpose. If an exception applies to your deletion request, we will explain the information involved, reason, and retention period. Electronic information whose purpose has ended is deleted in a manner designed to prevent recovery; any paper records are securely destroyed.

Choose “Delete account” in game settings.
In app versions supporting account deletion, choose “Delete account” to the right of “Log out” in settings. After confirmation, the app submits the request to the server and stops automatic sign-in to the account while deletion is pending. Apple-linked accounts may require Apple reauthentication to verify ownership and revoke the app connection. If automatic revocation is unavailable, follow the app's guidance to revoke the connection in your Apple account settings.
If you cannot access the app or need help, you may also request deletion by email. Use the subject “BlackSmith account deletion request” and include your game nickname or account ID and sign-in method (guest, Google or Apple). We may request the minimum additional information needed to verify ownership.

After verification, we process deletion of the account and associated nickname, profile, progress, currencies, items, heroes and account links. Deactivation alone does not replace deletion. Purchase, service or security records subject to legal retention obligations or a justified separate retention purpose are restricted to the necessary scope and period under the retention section.
Uninstalling or signing out does not delete server-side account or gameplay data. Deleting the game account does not delete your Google or Apple account. Deleted game progress cannot be restored.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or withdrawal of consent. Contact us below; we will verify ownership, review applicable requirements and explain the result. A legal guardian or authorized representative may also exercise these rights.
On iPhone and iPad, change tracking permission in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. You can play without allowing tracking. Processing that does not rely on tracking permission, including contextual advertising, reward verification and diagnostics, may continue. Change notification permission in the app's system notification settings. Declining local notifications does not change game reward calculations.
Restricting essential account processing or deleting the account may limit sign-in and saved gameplay. For information managed independently by another provider, also consult that provider's rights guidance.

Children's information is subject to applicable law and platform child-protection requirements. Where parental or guardian consent is required, we do not collect or use a child's personal information without valid consent. A parent or guardian may contact us below to ask about processing or request access, deletion, or other appropriate action.

We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the service, including access restrictions, account authentication and authorization checks, protection of authentication information, and limits on recording unnecessary sensitive information in logs. We do not request your external sign-in password and limit access to what is needed for the processing purpose.
